'Fridene' swivel chair designed by Carina Bengs for IKEA, c.2004. Produced only for one year before being discontinued, this rare design has become a sought-after collector's piece. Bent beechwood frame is all about Scandinavian simplicity while the new upholstery is all but that: a groovy-wavy pattern in a chenille weave, with shades of white, taupe, and sand. Seat is a perfect circle and rotates 360°. In excellent vintage condition with brand new upholstery.
