Returns, refunds, and exchanges

All Moonpool Modern sales are final. We do not issue any refunds or exchanges so please carefully read descriptions, review pictures, and consider measurements before committing to an item. Vintage items show age-appropriate wear and any damage beyond that will be documented through pictures and descriptions. If you have any questions or concerns about an item, please contact us prior to purchase for additional pictures or information.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case of damage incurred while shipping, we will ask for pictures as documentation and for your cooperation during any claim process. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
