Shipping policy

Local pickup

All items are available for free local pickup at our Northwest Houston location. We require pickup within 7 days and will coordinate an appointment time and date with you by phone or e-mail ahead of time. We are not a storage facility—any requests for additional holding time must be approved ahead of time, and items not picked up within the agreed time will be relisted with no refunds.

Local delivery

We offer local Houston-area delivery for all items. Please e-mail us with your zip code, availability, and the item in question for a quote. Fees range from $50 for small items to $200-300 for larger sofas and sectionals, and beyond that for items that are particularly heavy or difficult to move.

Nationwide shipping

We work with shippers and shipping platforms to offer freight shipping to the US lower 48 states on all items. Shipping costs will vary depending on the item size and weight, as well as location and shipper availability. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and assume liability for any loss or damage in transit. Buyers are also responsible for communicating with shippers around availability for delivery, and ensuring they are available during the communicated delivery window. Deliveries can sometimes be as fast as a day or two after purchase, but often take anywhere between 2-6 weeks.
