Exceptional 1970s time capsule modular sectional in burnt orange velvet designed by Milo Baughman for Thayer Coggin, tagged and dated 1979. This unicorn of a sofa is an absolute statement piece, perfectly retro and highly collectible. Two straight sections and three curved offer ample plush seating and connect to a matching end table with laminate top. All pieces separate for multiple configuration options, yet are solid and fixed once set. Seat and back cushions are thick and pillowy, making this the perfect lounging piece. Sectional is in incredible original condition with ultra minor wear. End table is missing one of its interior legs, with very minimal impact on form and function. Bears numerous original labels and order tags.
