Monumental milky-white Murano glass mushroom lamp, hand-blown in Italy by Vetreria De Majo c.1960s. This piece is insanely massive--over two feet tall--an incredibly rare find. Photos alone can barely convey the scale! While the lamp alone is a work of art, function shines through with two separately controlled bulbs allowing you to illuminate the base, the top, or both. The light it emits is warm and inviting, filtering through the glass in the most magnificent way. An absolute statement piece with very few other examples in existence. In excellent condition with ultra light blemishes, and original two button switch with US plug recently inspected for safety and function.
